Our bright apartment was completely renovated in 2008. At that time, everything was new: the bathroom, the gas-powered heating system, the electrical wiring, the floors, and the built-in kitchen. The condition of our apartment and the four buildings, which are managed by an experienced property manager, is well-maintained. No major repairs are expected. Since the building does not have an elevator or an underground garage, the monthly service charge is only €102. An underground parking space can be rented if needed.

The windows of the two living rooms and the balcony face west, overlooking the quiet Ganghoferstraße. From the kitchen window, you can see the Ganghoferbrücke bridge, which leads to the Westpark. The bathroom has a shower and space for a washing machine.

By car, you can quickly reach the Mittlerer Ring (inner ring road) via Hansastraße.
