At that time, everything was new: the bathroom, the gas-powered heating system, the electrical wiring, the floors, and the built-in kitchen. The condition of our apartment and the four buildings, which are managed by an experienced property manager, is well-maintained. No major repairs are expected. Since the building does not have an elevator or an underground garage, the monthly service charge is only €102. An underground parking space can be rented if needed.
The windows of the two living rooms and the balcony face west, overlooking the quiet Ganghoferstraße. From the kitchen window, you can see the Ganghoferbrücke bridge, which leads to the Westpark. The bathroom has a shower and space for a washing machine.
There is a storage space in the basement and a locked room in the attic where you can store belongings.
There is also a communal bicycle cellar and a courtyard.
