Welcome to the first MANDAHAUS # deluxe, located in the idyllic community of Wolfsheim (Rhineland-Palatinate). This detached, forward-thinking architect-designed house, built to passive house standards, combines radical sustainability, state-of-the-art home technology, and a uncompromising design concept. Any minimal impact on the ground is more than offset by the completely greened flat roof (ECOgreenPACK). The layout extends over two intelligently designed levels, without a basement (approximately). 104 m² of usable space / approximately 132 m² of net living space in total. The ground floor features a private retreat area: a spacious master bedroom with an integrated dressing room, a modern office, a bright guest room, as well as the exclusive master bathroom and a utility room. A floating staircase leads to the bright upper floor. This floor is designed as a completely open living, kitchen, and dining area, and extends seamlessly to the spectacular balcony-terrace, approximately 24.5 m² in size, with an elegant glass railing.
