It's very difficult for us to leave, but we are also looking forward to the "right" family who feel the special appeal of this place. Our well-maintained detached house, built in 2002, offers ample space for comfort and relaxation on two floors, with a living area of approximately 225 m² (plus 34 m² of usable space). On the generous plot of 591 m², you will experience the perfect combination of tranquility and nature. In the entrance area, you are greeted by the open, spacious living, dining, and kitchen area – the first "wow" moment! The exceptionally high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the endless view of the nature reserve invite you to pause and take it all in. There are many more technical features and thoughtful details to describe, but you should also be able to discover some nice things during a viewing. The transport links are excellent: you can reach the highway by car in just about ten minutes. From there, larger towns such as Leonberg and Renningen are easily accessible. Very good connections to the A8 and A81 highways also allow for a quick and convenient journey to Stuttgart, Böblingen, and Sindelfingen. Public transport allows you to reach the train station in Leonberg or Weil der Stadt. From there, the S-Bahn (suburban railway) runs directly to Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (main station).
