There are two bathrooms (one on the ground floor, one on the first floor), one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower. In the basement, there is an open fireplace with a brick chimney. The large terrace faces northeast and overlooks the large garden. Additional garden areas are located next to and in front of the house. The condition of the property reflects its construction year of 1969/1970, with some modernizations:
