The­ furnished shared room with balcony is located in a nice 4-person shared apartment. The current roommates are between 22 and 29 years old, working and some are students.
The advantage is the ideal location in Konstanz-Staad, where the free Hörnle beach and the university are in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the city center in about 10 minutes by bike or in about 25 minutes by bus.

The apartment itself has a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, as well as an additional guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an induction hob. There is additional storage space in the hallway and space for bicycles in the basement.
The available room number 3 is fully furnished and has a comfortable 1.40 m wide bed with mattress and duvet cover, a desk with chair, a ceiling lamp, and a wardrobe. The room has direct access to the balcony. The previous tenant is moving out at the end of April, so the room will be available from May.
