Historic half-timbered house (protected as a monument).

The house is in need of significant renovation. The room numbers and square footage provided above are approximate. The estimated year of construction is 1800. Electricity, water, and telecommunications connections are available, but the meters have been removed. I was very satisfied with the internet and mobile phone reception. The house does not have a bathtub or shower. The ceiling height is only 180 cm in some rooms. There is a cellar, approximately 4m x 4m in size; it contains about 10 cm of water. Until recently, I was still running two washing machines in the house.

The house is centrally located in Wittgendorf, opposite a large parking area and the village center. A mobile baker visits regularly, and there is supposed to be affordable lunch available at the village center.

There are two fireplaces, but they need to be renovated before they can be used.

It is possible to install a stove heating system or a pellet heating system.

I heated the rooms with electric ceramic stoves.
