It's a farmstead with buildings on three sides, and no direct neighbors.

It features: a well, fiber optic internet, and the land, which is one hectare, receives full sunlight from early morning to late evening – perfect for large-scale photovoltaic installations.

We bought the farmstead in a nearly uninhabitable condition, made it habitable, and carried out some renovations. However, it's a major project.

The idea was for it to be my retirement home, a place to escape. But after a period of great relaxation, I want to leave here and fulfill an old dream :)
