A stepped rental agreement will be arranged. This means that the base rent will increase after one year of tenancy to €640, after two years to €680, and after three years to €720.

I took over the multi-family building, which has a total of twelve apartments, on April 1, 2024. From the outside, the building still looks like a typical East German building – not very attractive. However, I am gradually renovating and refurbishing the building. It's not all happening at once, but little by little.

The apartment offered for rent is in a well-maintained condition. It has its own entrance. This leads to the hallway, from which the kitchen is located directly to the left, and the bathroom to the right. The second door on the right leads to the study. At the back is the living room, from which the bedroom (including a built-in wardrobe) is accessed.
