"Glücksmühle" (literally "Happiness Mill") is located directly on the edge of the forest, in the middle of a lovely meadow valley, not far from the town of Schleiz. This is a place where great history has been written. People love to return to Glücksmühle to experience the magic and positive energy of the property, to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet, and to recharge their inner strength. Five buildings are available for you to realize your creative ideas. Three of the buildings house apartments on the upper floors. There are also storage rooms, workshops, two garages, and the former machine room with an adjacent water wheel house (with an existing water wheel). In the main building, there is a well-maintained restaurant (leased). You can also purchase additional adjacent plots of land to expand the already large property. Extensive renovations and expansions have been carried out since 2011. Furthermore, continuous improvements and climate protection measures have been implemented up to the present day (including the installation of an air-source heat pump).
