The apartment is located on the ground floor of an older building that is always well-maintained. The special charm of this traditional building is particularly evident in its generous ceiling heights.

All three bedrooms face south and offer a peaceful view of a spacious, well-landscaped courtyard. The kitchen and bathroom are located opposite the three bedrooms.

Please note: The smallest room is a pass-through room and does not have its own entrance; it is only accessible through an adjacent room.

The apartment has its own boiler for heating and hot water. The tenant is responsible for entering into a separate contract with a provider for gas supply; gas costs are not included in the utility bills.

Greflinger Straße is located in the east of Regensburg, on the edge of the historic old town. Both the city center and major highways are easily accessible. There are several bus stops nearby.
