What you can expect:

The apartment also includes a private storage room measuring 4 m², which is unusually spacious for this size of apartment, and is also very clean and dry. A separate bicycle storage room is also available.
If you have a car, you can additionally rent a modern duplex parking space in the underground garage. This system moves vertically (without tilting) and is therefore very easy to use.
The building itself is well-maintained, and the gas heating system was completely replaced in 2023. The building superintendent lives in the complex and takes great care of the building.
