Inside, new tiles were laid, laminate flooring was installed, and the bathroom and kitchen were completely redesigned. Outside, the paving was renewed, the house was repainted, and the roof was replaced. The rental plot area is 436 square meters. The rent per square meter is €7, and it is already paid for 2026. The property includes a garage with a storage room, as well as a parking space next to the house. There is also a garden shed and a terrace with a windbreak.
