This very spacious and fully furnished holiday home is situated on a nearly 900 square meter plot that is very easy to maintain and is completely fenced. While the terrace, with its seating and sun loungers, and the grill invite you to relax and enjoy cozy evenings in the setting sun, the children can play and run around on the large lawn (two football goals are available). Due to its location on a bend in a very quiet street, the property is spread out, creating a feeling of a lot of open space around the house (unlike a house built next to another on a straight street). Inside the house, you'll find pure relaxation. The modern, open layout creates a sense of immediate comfort. A sauna (with direct access to the garden) and a wood-burning fireplace provide relaxation and a wonderful atmosphere, especially on cold days. The large, open living/dining area dominates the ground floor. The numerous floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample light inside, creating a pleasant atmosphere and offering views of the spacious, well-maintained garden and terrace. The fireplace, located next to the small sunroom, provides a cozy warmth to the house on cold days. Here, you can spend relaxing hours at the large dining table (seating for 9), chatting and playing. Additionally, on the ground floor, you'll find a generously sized entrance area, a guest toilet, and a practical utility room next to the sauna and bathroom, which includes a shower. This area also houses the technical equipment for the gas heating and solar thermal system, as well as a washing machine and space for a dryer. From the spacious hallway, you can access the 1st floor via the open staircase. Here, you'll find three modern bedrooms with double beds (each with four single mattresses), wardrobes, and seating areas, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Another bathroom is located en suite to one of the bedrooms. The two other bedrooms have direct access to a balcony. From the equally spacious hallway on the 1st floor... You can access the converted attic space via a staircase from the upper floor. This bright space, featuring modern ceiling lights, offers two additional bedrooms, making it ideal for children as well as adults. The other half of the attic is also converted and used for storage. Throughout the house, you'll find blinds on the windows, allowing you to control the amount of light and privacy. The heating system can be controlled remotely via an app. This allows you to monitor the house temperature, especially during the colder months, or to turn on the heating in advance before you arrive. The house is offered fully furnished and equipped (but can also be delivered empty if desired). You can move in and start staying immediately; everything you need is provided. Long-standing contacts with cleaning staff, a caretaker, and gardening services can be provided upon request. If you wish to rent it out, the existing bookings can be transferred. Alternatively, these can be canceled. The access details for platforms like smoobu, Airbnb, Fewo-direkt, or booking.com, which have been meticulously set up, can also be easily transferred.

Barendorf is an ideal starting point for extensive walks along the coast, cycling tours along the shoreline, and excursions to cities like Lübeck, Wismar, Schwerin, or even Hamburg.

Travemünde is easily accessible from Priwall in just a few minutes by foot ferry or car ferry.

The well-maintained Baltic Sea Cycle Route offers opportunities for extensive cycling tours along the coastal landscape, for example, to the nearby town of Boltenhagen.
