The apartment is located on a quieter side street. However, the nearby main street can be quite busy. The location offers excellent access for studying and leisure activities.

- Public Transportation: Just a 3-minute walk to the train station. With no transfers, you can reach the Technical University (5 minutes), the main train station (15 minutes), and the University of Mannheim (20 minutes).

- Excellent access to the SAP Arena and the Maimarktgelände. By car, it's only 25 minutes to SAP in Walldorf.
