We offer a fully accessible house located just a few kilometers from the sea. The house is situated in a quiet, rural village setting and has been extensively renovated and adapted for accessibility in recent years. It features two shower bathrooms and a large kitchen with a fireplace and built-in kitchen, as well as a spacious dining area in the entrance hall, which was formerly a livestock enclosure and retains its charming character.
There is a living room and three additional rooms, currently used as bedrooms, all with vintage-style tiles.
In addition, there is a utility room with a washing machine connection and a sauna connection (no sauna is currently installed). A small storage room is located beneath the utility room.
This rustic house is an ideal retirement home by the sea or an attractive holiday home, and can be used permanently or rented out.

The house is located in the old village center of Misselwarden. It is 4 km to the dike/sea.
All shopping facilities in Wremen or Dorum are just a few minutes away by car. The same applies to restaurants and cafes.
It's only 15 minutes to Bremerhaven, and just under half an hour to Cuxhaven Duhnen.
The location is lovely, quiet, and sunny, close to the church and the pastor's house.
