After 50 years, of course, the house is not new, but in 1972, quality materials were used, so the doors close properly, the electrical outlets work, the water flows, and the heating system functions. The house is a middle house in a row, and therefore it is warm. The sun shines from the garden, across the house, and towards the street.

The house is located on a residential street, just 30 meters from the fields. The tram line to Karlsruhe is a five-minute walk away. Across from our house, there's a butcher and a bakery. Linkenheim has a population of approximately 20,000 and offers a competent and friendly local government office, opticians, hearing aid specialists, supermarkets, a discount store, a stationery shop with a post office, several bakeries, and numerous restaurants.
