The small kitchen (with a sink and two hotplates) can be used for the duration of the lease, but could also be replaced with a larger kitchen unit.
Due to ongoing renovation work in the apartment, we had to wait for the tenant to move out. The apartment is now available for rent.
It is also possible to arrange a lease agreement with a later start date, taking into account the notice periods required by tenants.
