We are renting out our beautiful and energy-efficient house in the picturesque municipality of Münsing, with stunning views of the Zugspitze mountain and the village. Lake Starnberg is only about 1 km away. The two-story house was completely renovated in the autumn of 2024. The house features a spacious layout and high-quality finishes. The large garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and leisure activities. The renovation of this over 100-year-old house has successfully combined the charm of the original design with the highest standards of living comfort and modern requirements for building sustainability. A heat pump and photovoltaic system provide environmentally friendly energy. Natural insulation materials and triple-glazed windows ensure the highest energy efficiency standards. On the ground floor, there is a small self-contained apartment with a separate entrance, which is not included in the rental. This apartment is occasionally used by us, the owners, for vacation purposes.

The house is located on the northern edge of Münsing, slightly elevated, in a quiet and sunny location. All essential shops and services are easily and quickly accessible. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. The municipality of Münsing has a vibrant community life catering to all interests. Approximately 4,300 residents live in Münsing and the surrounding areas, including Ambach, Ammerland, Degerndorf, Holzhausen, and St. Heinrich. There are nurseries, kindergartens, and a primary school in Münsing. Secondary schools are located in Wolfratshausen, Geretsried, Icking, or Starnberg. Münsing is ideally located between Munich and the Upper Bavarian region. The towns of Wolfratshausen (approximately 7 km) and Starnberg (approximately 14 km) are easily accessible and well-connected to public transport. Wolfratshausen has the end station of the S7 suburban train line, and Starnberg has a station on the S6 line. The A95 Munich-Garmisch motorway is only about 2 km from Münsing. The surrounding area offers a variety of leisure activities. Ponds, forests, moors, the Pupplinger Au nature reserve, the Isar and Loisach rivers, and the gently rolling landscape invite you to enjoy nature. Munich and the Upper Bavarian mountains are also easily accessible.
