On the ground floor, there is a small self-contained apartment with a separate entrance, which is not included in the rental. This apartment is occasionally used by us, the owners, for vacation purposes.

The house is located on the northern edge of Münsing, slightly elevated, in a quiet and sunny location. All essential shops and services are easily and quickly accessible. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. The municipality of Münsing has a vibrant community life catering to all interests. Approximately 4,300 residents live in Münsing and the surrounding areas, including Ambach, Ammerland, Degerndorf, Holzhausen, and St. Heinrich. There are nurseries, kindergartens, and a primary school in Münsing. Secondary schools are located in Wolfratshausen, Geretsried, Icking, or Starnberg. Münsing is ideally located between Munich and the Upper Bavarian region.
