Due to the sale and the move to Baden-Württemberg, we halted the construction work in order to allow the new owner to implement their own vision. The old wooden or screed flooring, as well as some of the doors, were removed, so that, for example, underfloor heating could now be installed. In the living room, the wooden ceiling has already been replaced with a new drywall ceiling. In the two bedrooms on the ground floor, we left the light-colored wooden flooring in place, as well as the light-colored tiled flooring in the hallway and guest toilet.
