Welcome to a place of tranquility, nature, and comfort. This charming wooden house is situated on a spacious plot in the peaceful seaside resort of Prerow, just a few steps from the dike. A picturesque path through the dune forest leads directly to the beach. Built in 2003, the house stands on the former property of my grandmother, with wild asparagus and an old pear tree. Since then, it has become a place full of life, memories, and relaxation. In 2008, the living area was expanded with a larger kitchen, additional terrace doors, and a cozy dining area. In 2011, an extension was added, featuring a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a second toilet, and a private sauna. Both bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The house can accommodate 6-8 people: On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining area with a fireplace, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a bunk bed, and a utility room with a gas boiler and washing machine. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a mezzanine area with a play and relaxation space. In total, the house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms – all windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The lovingly landscaped garden, featuring fruit trees, evergreen shrubs, a terrace, a swing, and a shed for storing wood and bicycles, invites you to relax. In the spring, the large property is beautifully adorned with flowers, in the summer birds nest and sing, and in the autumn, you can harvest the fruit. The driveway, which is approximately 50 meters long, also creates a very pleasant sense of privacy. No commission – directly from the owner. A house with character – ready for new stories.
