Due to its size and layout, the apartment is ideal for one person, a couple, or a small family of up to 3 people. The apartment is preferably offered to reliable prospective tenants with a permanently secure rental payment and demonstrable financial stability. As a guideline, the total rent should be in a reasonable proportion to the monthly net household income or to a guaranteed cost coverage. In practice, the total rent should ideally not exceed approximately 30-35% of the monthly net household income. A long-term tenancy is explicitly desired.
