The apartment building comprises a total of 30 apartments and was built in 1973. The apartment features a spacious living room and a small kitchenette. The bedroom is located in a separate area. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower.

From the living room, you can access the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. The apartment includes a storage room in the basement, as well as a parking space for your vehicle. There is also a sauna and a swimming pool in the building. The apartment is heated by a gas heating system. The apartment is available and can be moved into immediately.

Let yourself be enchanted by the idyllic village center, including the Kirnachmühle mill, and discover the birthplace of the orchestrion in the lovingly decorated local museum in the old school building in Unterkirnach.
Our 4.2 km "How Water Lives" experience trail offers something exciting for both adults and children. It explains the journey of water from the source to the tap in detail and in a playful way.
Our younger guests are excellently cared for in the "Spielscheune" indoor playground – and our small but excellent indoor swimming pool is also very popular.
