The house is in a prime location with views over the village from every apartment. The swimming pool is within walking distance but not within earshot or sight. All stores, doctors and infrastructure facilities are available. The A3 can be reached in a few minutes. Aschaffenburg main station is also within easy reach. The house is very quiet.

An index-linked rent is agreed. The right to ordinary termination shall be mutually excluded for the first four years (the right to provide a new tenant remains unaffected). The apartments are all ready for occupancy.
