The apartment is located in building 26, on the top floor, and has a size of 55 square meters. It is suitable for one or two people. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. The apartment is accessible via three flights of stairs located outside. The balconies on the bridge on the top floor are intended for communal use and serve as a gathering space. Each apartment has its own photovoltaic system with 4.5 kWp and its own photovoltaic storage system. This reduces electricity consumption by approximately 65%. Water-saving fixtures reduce water consumption by approximately 50%. Thanks to showers with heat recovery, we also consume 65% less energy for hot water production. This keeps utility costs at an incredibly low level. You should know that we don't assign apartments in a specific order. Instead, we are looking for people who want to experience communal living and are open to exchanging ideas. Just get to know us, and you'll quickly understand that we'll have a lot of fun together.
