This spacious and light-flooded apartment is available to rent immediately. Furthermore, this apartment is very well connected due to its central location and nearby major cities can be reached quickly.
A maximum of six people may move in. Proof of income is required before renting or, if government agencies are paying the rent, written confirmation from the job center that the rental costs will be covered. Unfortunately, tenants with negative Schufa entries cannot be considered. We are looking for a long-term tenancy. A contract should therefore be concluded that provides for a waiver of termination for at least 4 years. An annual adjustment of the basic rent by 6.2% is agreed.
