Despite the listed status, it was possible to carry out a comprehensive energy-efficient refurbishment. A modern heating system with solar panels was installed.
In response to queries, I would like to add some more information on accessibility. As the apartment is on the 4th floor and we do not have an elevator, the hallway is not barrier-free. However, there are no thresholds or steps in the apartment. Therefore, the apartment is at ground level and therefore barrier-free. The advertisement did not allow for any other or more precise description. For people with physical disabilities, the house is not barrier-free.
