Vacation cottage on the Baltic Sea

The cottage is fully furnished (there is also a fridge, gas hob, mini oven, TV and radio), has a living area with a small separate kitchen area, a separate bedroom with a double bed and two sleeping lofts which can be reached from the living area. The larger sleeping loft can sleep up to two people (2 mattresses 90x 200 cm). The smaller sleeping loft can accommodate a 90 x 200 cm mattress. 2 mattresses 90 x 200 cm are available. There is also a small bathroom with shower, WC, mirror, washbasin and a small wall cupboard as well as a gas instantaneous water heater, which was newly installed in 2023. The floors in the living room and bedroom were renewed in 2018 (vinyl flooring). The furniture in the living area was also completely replaced in 2018. The cottage has 2 entrance doors, each with a terrace in front. The terraces were renewed in 2019-2021. There is a small room (stable) for storage and a little meadow. In spring 2023 the roof was partially redone and in October 2023 the outside of the cottage was freshly painted with wood preservative. There is outdoor seating with cushions and a table, as well as a barbecue and a fire bowl.
