More about the property by the sea
My idea: an alternative to a retirement home at a much lower price.
Couple of vital people of retirement age who want to age healthily and dementia-free with a healthy diet and plenty of exercise
with long walks by the sea. It would be important to be free to choose how to live.
In the relatively small property with a large garden, everyone should have their own area and possibly take on one task or another.
Example: garden maintenance with Mediterranean trees and wild medicinal plants.
Those involved should be free to decide whether they want to cook and organize other activities alone or together. Trial living would be in the interests of those involved.
The costs incurred should be shared within the small non-profit community without enriching others.

Fazana can be reached quickly on foot along the sea. There you can meet people from all over the world. The neighbors are Slovenians, Austrians, Russians, Germans and others.
In my opinion, Fazana is overcrowded in the summer months, but
from Peroj there are still beaches for people who love peace and quiet.
The climate is wonderfully mild and there is a lot of greenery.
