Vacation park Twistesee only roof house for vacation rental with good return, curious?

The Spitzbergen timber house, built as a roof-only house, is a timber frame construction with mineral insulation and timber cladding inside and out. The property is a condominium share.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a tiled shower room, a kitchen open to the living area and a living room with a terrace in front. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. The bathroom including sanitary installation was newly built. A new kitchen was also installed. The interior walls and ceilings were all painted white or anthracite. All windows and exterior doors were newly installed in 2023. All furniture was purchased new a year ago.

The vacation park is located in the middle of a very quiet forest area of approx. 33 hectares above the Twistesee lake. The lake with its sandy and grassy beach is approx. 300 meters away, and there is also a water ski facility. Catering facilities are available.
