The bathroom, while simply furnished, includes everything needed for daily use (sink, shower, toilet).

For the residents of the building, there is a room on the sixth floor of the residence with washing machines and dryers, where you can wash and dry your clothes for a small fee (2.20 €).

Electricity and internet are not included in the utilities and must be arranged separately.

The apartment is located in a multi-family building with approximately 270 residents, on the outskirts of the Jungbusch district, directly adjacent to the on-ramp for the Kurt-Schumacher Bridge and the B44 highway. There are several parking options in the neighborhood, although finding a parking space can be challenging. Despite the large number of residents in the building, it is generally very quiet. Additionally, the apartment's orientation towards the courtyard ensures that any noise from the surrounding streets is blocked out.

The bus stop "Akademiestraße" (lines 60/61 towards Fernmeldeturm or Hauptbahnhof) and the tram stop for line 2 are within walking distance of the apartment.

Furthermore, a significant part of Mannheim's nightlife – Jungbuschstraße – is located nearby. The Popakademie Mannheim is also close and easily accessible on foot.
