The unit is an industrial loft with capped ceilings and an open room structure in a listed industrial building in Wuppertal. The building is mainly used by businesses from the creative sector, including advertising agencies, designers, graphic artists, photographers and architecture firms, with only a small number of residents. The working environment is correspondingly quiet.

The unit's work/production area covers approx. 200 m² and is divided into two work areas that merge into one another as well as four smaller infrastructure rooms (WC, shower room, kitchen room, server room). 1) The darkenable production area (90 m²) is equipped with a permanently installed professional three-sided green screen (key area: approx. 35 m² floor area, side wall height: 2.85 m, room height: up to approx. 3.30 m). 2) Open work / production area (approx. 110 m²): The adjoining work/production area (approx. 110 m²) can be used flexibly, e.g. for set construction, workstations, post-production or project work.

The technology shown is not included in the rental except for the screen. However, extensive lighting, camera and other studio equipment can be rented or purchased.

This attractive listed building is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a central, quiet location in Elberfeld West / Arrenberg, adjacent to the Briller Viertel. It is only a few minutes' walk to the Luisenviertel, the suspension railroad, stores, etc.
