The living areas in the basement have underfloor heating with hot water. The other floors have radiators. The basement ceiling and the ceiling to the attic are made of concrete. The building is equipped with a lightning protection system and two separate satellite systems. All windows and terrace doors are made of durable plastic, and all blinds are electrically operated. The roof terrace was resealed and fitted with new panels in April 2019. The balcony of the ground floor bedroom was resealed and fitted with new panels in May 2020. A new BWT AQA Perla water softening system was installed in June 2019. The exterior walls and roof overhangs were completely repainted in May 2024.
Location
Medical care is provided by doctors in Burghaslach and Scheinfeld. There is a hospital in Neustadt an der Aisch. The village has a kindergarten, and children of all ages (from primary school to secondary school) are transported to school by bus. There is also a hotel, two restaurants, and a sports club building in the village. The house is located on a hillside (south-facing) with an unobstructed view. It is 7 km from the A3 motorway (Nuremberg-Frankfurt) and 8 km from the B8 road. The nearest towns are Scheinfeld (9 km), Burghaslach (7 km), Neustadt/Aisch (20 km), and Erlangen (25 km).
