First occupancy after extensive renovation: bright 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained apartment building, just a few minutes' walk from the Dachau Old Town.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2026: new triple-glazed windows, freshly plastered and painted walls, high-quality vinyl flooring with thermal insulation, and a largely renovated bathroom with white tiles. The ceiling lights are already installed – you can move in right away.

A highlight is the approximately 6 m² south-facing balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard and with a view of the Old Town – a wonderful place to relax.

The built-in kitchen with stove and oven is included in the rental; a refrigerator, dishwasher, and extractor fan can be taken over for an additional fee (see "Other"). An outdoor parking space can be rented separately.

The apartment is centrally located in Dachau, just a few minutes' walk from the historic old town, with its castle and courtyard garden, town hall, weekly market, cafes, and restaurants. Supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, and the Helios Amper Clinic are also nearby.

The "Mittermayerstraße" bus stop is within walking distance; you can reach Munich Central Station in approximately 20 minutes by taking the S2 train from Dachau station. By car, you can quickly reach Munich via the B304 highway. The Amperauen wetlands and the Dachauer Moos nature reserve offer opportunities for relaxation.
