You enter the ground floor of the house through the garden, via a granite staircase. Directly to the right, you're in the cozy kitchen-living room, which forms the central space of the ground floor. This is followed by a living room, another, smaller room, and a very spacious bathroom. The entire ground floor is tiled in a sand color and features underfloor heating. Additionally, there is another connection point for a wood-burning stove.
An original staircase leads to the upper floor. Here, there are two bedrooms.
Attached to the house is an outbuilding with interesting timber framing and a sandstone base. Both the attic of the house and the outbuilding are fully expandable.

The small house is centrally located in the town, yet it offers a sense of privacy thanks to its entrance through the garden.
It's a 10-minute walk to the local lake.
The local shops are easily accessible on foot. The town also has a health center with a doctor, dentist, etc. There are plenty of restaurants and they are easily accessible.
Fichtenberg has good train connections to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Hall, and Nuremberg.
In addition, there is a bus service to the surrounding villages.
