As of February 1st, 2027, we will be transferring our office space in the Martinsviertel district of Cologne's Old Town to a new tenant. The approximately 125 m² unit, located on a high floor of a building constructed in 1992, comprises four rooms, a kitchen with a view of the Rhine, and two separate restrooms. Two separate entrances allow for flexible use, for example, with a reception area and conference room on one side and back-office space on the other – the layout has proven successful for seminars, client meetings, and daily work. The rooms are of high quality: marble floors with underfloor heating, internal sun protection, and complete Ethernet cabling. A storage space in the basement is available for storage purposes.

Martinsviertel, Cologne's Old Town – just a few minutes' walk to the Heumarkt stop (tram/bus). Parking is available in the underground garage at Heumarkt. Restaurants, the Cathedral, the main train station, and the Rhine waterfront are all within easy reach. Bicycles can be stored in the refuse room, which is accessible from the outside.
