By car, it's approximately 5 minutes to the D6 motorway entrance to Prague. There is parking available in a secure parking area in front of the building. The apartment faces west to southwest, offering plenty of natural light. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette – featuring a new kitchen unit, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is also a separate bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, and a second room that can be used as a home office or a smaller bedroom.
