The vinyl flooring is very durable and complements the apartment's color scheme – modern, bright, and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, kettle, dishes, pots, cutlery, cups, and everything else you need. A stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ceramic hob are also included. The sofa bed in the living room can also accommodate two additional people. The living room and bedroom are equipped with custom-made, blackout curtains. From every area of the apartment, you can step out onto the terrace through a terrace door. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, is brightly tiled, and also features a small terrace door. A television is located in both the living room and the bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished, and a large built-in wardrobe is located opposite the kitchen. Pelzerhaken is officially a district of Neustadt in Holstein, but it is located independently, approximately 5 km southeast. The only south-facing beach in the Lübeck Bay is directly in front of the resort, offering a wonderful combination of tranquility and carefully designed shops and restaurants.

In general, the Lübeck Bay offers a wide range of cultural and sporting activities; from golf courses to water sports, everything is right on your doorstep. Furthermore, you can reach the metropolis of Hamburg in less than an hour.
