For sale: Vacant and renovated apartment!

We are selling our recently renovated apartment in Derendorf.

The renovation was extensive, covering almost everything: the bathroom, heating system, electrical wiring, floors, walls, and doors. Whoever moves in here won't have to do anything immediately.

We are particularly pleased with the bathroom. It features large, light-colored tiles, a step-free shower, and indirect lighting that creates a very cozy atmosphere in the evenings. The apartment is heated by a new gas boiler, which also provides hot water, and there are new radiators.

In the living room, we have used LED spotlights to divide the space, for example, creating a dining area and a seating area.

We like Derendorf because you can easily take care of almost everything on foot. Bakeries, supermarkets, cafes, and doctors' offices are all nearby, and it's not far to the Nordstraße for shopping.

It's easy to get into the city, whether by train, bicycle, or car. There are tram and subway stops nearby, and you can quickly reach the surrounding areas from the Derendorf S-Bahn station or the main train station. For a walk, you can head to the Rhine, the Hofgarten, or the Nordpark.

The neighborhood has a good mix of people: families, couples, people who work in the city, and many students, as the university has its campus right here.
