Three balconies, two of which face south. Resident parking is available on the street.

Fitted kitchen with refrigerator, washer-dryer, and dishwasher (both Miele, new), induction cooktop and oven (new). Both home offices have height-adjustable desks. Dishes, bed linens, and towels are provided. Bicycle storage is available in the courtyard.
All inclusive: The flat rental fee includes heating, electricity, water, internet (300 Mbit/s fiber optic), the broadcasting fee, and all furnishings. There are no additional utility costs, and no need to set up utility contracts.
