As part of a comprehensive renovation, six high-quality apartments have been created, which are now available for the first time. Ranging from approximately 22 to 35 m², the apartments combine intelligent space design with high-quality materials, carefully selected design, and genuine living comfort. Each apartment has been designed with meticulous attention to detail. All rents are inclusive of: water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, private washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. Basic cleaning every 2 weeks is included. Bicycle and yoga mat rental are available. Additional cleaning services, bed linen/duvet sets, and towel sets can be booked separately.
