We are selling our apartment in Červený Kostelec. We are selling it directly, without the involvement of a real estate agency. We are moving abroad, otherwise we wouldn't be selling it. We pay 3,500 CZK per month for electricity, which covers heating, hot water, and all household consumption. The maintenance fund is 2,000 CZK, and there are no other costs. The kitchen cabinets, dining table, coffee table, shoe cabinet, and built-in wardrobes were all custom-made by a carpenter specifically for this apartment, based on a design by a designer from Rossy Design. DETAILS
There is no elevator in the building; the apartment is on the 1st floor. The cellar with its own entrance is in its original condition. The building is scheduled to be insulated, which will increase the maintenance fund, but according to calculations, this will be offset by energy savings. This has not yet been approved. The energy class G reflects the uninsulated building envelope, not our actual energy consumption. We will arrange and pay for all contracts and the lawyer's escrow account for the purchase price, for both parties.
