Loft-style 5-room apartment, perfect for shared living.

We are renting out a large 5-room apartment that will be available from October 1st, 2026. Three large bedrooms (each approximately 25 square meters) are located in the basement of the apartment, but they have large windows that open onto the courtyard. However, these are still basement rooms! One bedroom, measuring 12.5 square meters, is located on the ground floor. The large living room is perfect as a communal living/dining area and has plenty of space for a large sofa or a large dining table. From the living room, there is access to a small, covered balcony, which in turn has a staircase leading to the courtyard. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet room with ventilation, but no window. The apartment has two storage rooms in the basement. The rooms have a separate entrance to the building and are therefore independent of the main building, which allows the area near the staircase to be used as a storage area for shoes and other items. Since the apartment is ideally suited for a shared living arrangement, we would prefer 3-4 people who are interested in forming a "flatshare." Unfortunately, pets are not allowed! The earliest possible move-in date is October 1st, 2026.

Currently, the apartment is heated by a nearly new gas-powered floor heating system (gas is purchased directly by the tenant, so there are no heating costs included in the utility bills). However, there are plans to switch to a central heating system.
