Starting October 1st, 2026, four unfurnished rooms in a roughly 78 square meter apartment on Altstadtring in Braunschweig will be available for rent. Since all rooms will be available at the same time, this is an excellent opportunity to form a completely new group of four roommates. The apartment is particularly suitable for students, international students, apprentices, students in cooperative education programs, and young professionals. The apartment will be used permanently as a shared apartment for four people. Each room will be rented individually with its own lease agreement. This means that each person is primarily responsible only for their own rental agreement. The following rooms are available:
• Room 1: approximately 10 square meters – €280 base rent + €120 utilities = €400 total rent
• Room 2: approximately 16 square meters – €340 base rent + €120 utilities = €460 total rent
