This holiday home is located in a much quieter part of the island of Rügen and has been lovingly renovated, with some rooms furnished in a maritime style. It can accommodate 2-4 people and features a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a kitchenette. In the colder months, you can also enjoy spending time in the house by the fireplace. Heat storage panels ensure that the house remains frost-free even in winter. It has electricity, water, and internet access, and is very well insulated. Directly next to the house, there is a covered terrace with a retractable roof. Access to the property is easy via public roads and paths.

The property is located approximately 200 meters from the steep cliffs of Rügen. The adjacent beach is easily accessible via a staircase and is a natural beach. The area borders the "Kreptitzer Heide" nature reserve. The towns of Dranske, Altenkirchen, Breege, and Wiek are located approximately 5-10 km away and offer a selection of restaurants, supermarkets, and leisure activities.

The property is part of a former garden club, and today there are several small holiday homes in the area, which are primarily used privately. The access road and parking area are jointly owned by the property owners and are used jointly (for access and parking).

The house can only be used as a holiday home and is not permitted as a primary residence.
