Our 3-room apartment in the attic will be available from November 1st, 2026, located at Markelo Platz 7.

The apartment offers approximately 90 square meters of living space, comprising 3 rooms, a kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom with a toilet, and a private storage room. In addition, there is a bicycle and storage room in the basement, and an elevator in the building. The built-in kitchen will remain in the apartment and can be taken over by the current tenant.

The heating is provided by a central gas system, and hot water is also centrally supplied. The building was built in 1996 and is well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and diverse.

Rent: €850 per month (cold rent) plus €80 for utilities and €70 for heating, totaling €1,000 per month (warm rent). The security deposit is three months' cold rent. Move-in date is November 1st, 2026, but we can discuss an earlier or later move-in date if needed.

Markelo Platz in Spelle is located in the town center – it's hard to find a more central location. The bakery is right next door, and there are also local shops (Netto, K&K), a pharmacy, and doctors' offices within walking distance. The kindergarten, elementary school, secondary schools, and swimming pool are also easily accessible on foot. Public transportation connections are available within a few minutes' walk.
