Our lawyer will prepare the contracts, and the purchase price will be handled through an escrow account – you pay nothing based on trust. We can help you arrange financing, and if this payment schedule doesn't work for you, we'll adjust it. Our goal is to create a payment plan that works for you. There are no commissions included in the price because there is no one to pay them to. Anything that would typically go to a real estate agency either stays with you in the price or is reflected in the house itself. Nymburk has schools, kindergartens, a hospital, and a train to Prague.
