Upon request, we offer a fantastic, stylish, and modern furnishing package (for an additional fee of €29 per month). If you choose this option, you can move in directly without having to transport or assemble any heavy furniture. Would you prefer to bring your own furniture? In that case, we will dismantle our furniture and store it for you.

We are looking for long-term tenants who value a collaborative and positive rental relationship and are willing to commit for at least one year, preferably longer.

As a standard procedure, we are required to check your creditworthiness (Schufa/Creditreform, etc.) before finalizing any rental agreement. If you have any negative entries in your credit report, please inform us before scheduling a viewing so that we can discuss the matter beforehand.

Despite its proximity to the train station, the apartment is located on a quieter side street. Nevertheless, the train station is only about a 3-minute walk away. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are also within a 5-minute walk. For relaxation and recreation, the city park is just a 10-minute walk away.
