Starting October 1st, 2026, we are looking for a replacement tenant for this charming one-room apartment, approximately 38 m² in size. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a multi-family building built in 1899, in a quiet side street in the eastern ring area. Unfortunately, parking is very limited. However, a tram stop and facilities of the TU (Technical University) are within walking distance.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and features a modern shower room, a fitted kitchen, and high-quality flooring. The electrical system was also renovated, and the windows and doors were replaced. From the hallway, you can access the kitchen, bathroom, and the approximately 18 m² living room. A small storage cupboard in the kitchen and a corresponding cellar compartment offer additional storage space.

We would like to explicitly state that, in the interest of the entire building community, keeping dogs is not permitted in this building.
