Access to the apartment is step-free. From the large east-facing terrace, a path leads directly to the sea over the dunes. Those who dislike stairs or are travelling with a stroller and beach gear will appreciate this location. The heart of the apartment is a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. This leads to a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a second bedroom with a bunk bed. The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower. High-quality vinyl flooring and underfloor heating in all rooms provide comfort. Features include insect screens on the terrace entrances, privacy screens on the windows, and a coat rack in the hallway. A washing machine is available in the additional storage room on the second floor. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to use from day one, without the need for any additional purchases. The apartment has two terraces. The large east-facing terrace overlooks the dune landscape and the Baltic Sea. In the morning, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine and listen to the sea. The Prora train station is about 900 meters away, providing convenient access to Binz, Sassnitz, and Stralsund without the need for a car. Binz, the largest seaside resort on the island with its distinctive architecture, the chalk cliffs in Jasmund National Park, the flint fields, and the treetop path are all within a short distance. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling throughout the year.
