My husband and I will be away from Munich for a certain period, and we would like to sublet our beautiful, charming 3-room apartment in Forstenried:
From October 2026 to September 2027.
We are looking for reliable and friendly individuals to take over our home during this time. The apartment offers:
>A great extra: A separate hobby room with its own entrance and private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Perfect as a quiet home office, guest area, or retreat.
>A very beautiful garden (approximately 70 m²): A real highlight for nature and garden lovers! Your own green oasis with a private terrace, adjacent to a larger communal garden.
>Fully equipped kitchen: With all necessary appliances.
>Shared laundry room: There is a laundry room with a tumble dryer available in the building.
>Underground parking space & cellar: A private parking space in the building and a cellar compartment are included.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Since we will be traveling during this time, a few personal items will remain in the apartment – we can discuss the specific details of this together in a relaxed manner. Key Details and Conditions:
Move-in Date: Mid-October (the exact move-in date will be agreed upon during the viewing). Duration: A minimum of 10 months, with a maximum of 1 year. As we cannot accommodate any other tenant changes during this period, the apartment is only suitable for applicants who are willing to rent it for the entire agreed-upon duration. Rent:
Total Rent: €1,900 per month (Cold Rent: €1,615)
Security Deposit: 2 months' rent. Internet and electricity are not included in the rent and must be arranged and paid for by the subtenant.
Documents and Process:
The subletting is approved by the owner, and we will make the final selection together with her. We require proof of creditworthiness (SCHUFA) and liability insurance.
